About Our Villas
Each stylish and elegant villa has spectacular views of the river and Amoreira beach and is the only luxury accommodation with localised support available within this area. Each villa has a standardised build which differs slightly in size and landscaping. Key features include:
Stand Alone Villas
Stand alone villas equipped with a large living, kitchen, dining space flowing into the outdoor terrace, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and private pool
Sleeps up to 6
Sleeps up to 6 (adults & children included) comfortably. A baby bed for the little ones up to 2 years old can be provided as an extra bed.
Private Pool, Garden and Terraces
Each villa has a private swimming pool. Garden and terraces incorporating individually designed indoor/outdoor flow to ensure plenty of space for family and friends

Cleaning and Linen
Weekly cleaning, including linen and towel change is included

Private covered car parking on the property and off road parking
Free WiFi and Netflix
Cairnvillas Internet has been upgraded as per 2024. Our villas now come with Starlink internet (except C34) in addition to MEO internet. C45 being the flagship villa, has the fastest internet.
