C45 Villa Essencia Notice

The land adjoining C45 (hereby known as C44) is NOT part of the property that Cairnvillas manage. However, it is part of a rehabilitation project by the owner in conjunction with Cairnvillas. Guests - from C45 -  are welcome to enjoy the land on the following conditions:

A.  They do so at their own risk.  The owner of the land and Cairnvillas are not responsible for any harm or injury which may arise from this adjoining land.
B.  Cairnvillas does not either implied or explicitly state that they control or own this land (except to help with watering the plants).  We cannot accept complaints with regards to any issues which arise out of a third party or from this land.
C.  Guests make every effort not to damage the plants and rehabilitation process (for example, pulling plants out).
D.  The owner of the land has indicated he will not do anything to disturb guests of C45, but the owner remains free to do what they want when they want with their land - including but not limited to watering plants and tending to the land.
